"Limitless Physical Therapy were great in helping me recover after knee replacement. I dealt mainly with Jennifer Sann, who was able to motivate me to continue despite the pain and made the whole experience a positive one. Her patience and competence made a difficult time much easier. Scheduling also meant I also had sessions with three other staff PTs who made sure I continued to progress and continued to make my recovery a positive one. All the staff were so friendly and cheerful that they made the whole experience enjoyable. In fact, I found I was looking forward to my sessions despite the physical stress and pain involved. "My experience at Limitless Physical Therapy with Dr. Nathan Moore has been exceptional. I have had a shoulder injury from an accident a few years ago that has never healed well and made everything from yard work to swimming (my favorite sport) painful and difficult. I was referred to physical therapy and honestly did not expect much, given past experiences with other places. However, Nathan has an in-depth understanding of anatomy, and he knows how to listen and pay attention to what is important for his clients. Now I am happy to say that I'm training for an ultra-distance ocean swim (20k meters) and my shoulder is doing great! Nathan has progressed my therapy and also really helped me understand what is going on when my shoulder goes through different motions. I just completed a 14k training swim with no shoulder pain! "I was getting frustrated with pain in my left foot over the past 2 to 3 years. In the past I was able to run 10 K runs, 1/2 marathons and a Hood to Coast relay with relative ease. I work in a pharmacy that requires me to stand most of my shift and work 40 hours a week. My foot pain only seemed to progress until I thought surgery was my only option. Dr Nathan Moore and George Kohler accessed my foot problems as plantar fasciitis associated with an old ankle injury. They helped alleviate this issue with focus on my ankle by correcting my foot wear, teaching multiple ways to stretch, enhance balance, and boost coordination. I felt like this was done in a way like a personal trainer would train a skilled athlete. Over the past several weeks, I have been getting amazing results and even received a running interval program to keep motivated with my running goals from Dr Nathan Moore.
