"My father spent two and a half weeks in the hospital for urinary blockages that the practice was unable to resolve. During this time, my family tried repeatedly to contact Dr. Kyle but he was unresponsive. When I arrived on a weekend, two weeks after he was admitted, the PA, Angela, came in to check on my father and complained about how she had to work on the weekend. When we asked her a question about his complicated catheter situation, she said she didn't know because, "her speciality is in women's care." I was honestly flabbergasted by her unprofessionalism and lack of humanity. My dad described the irrigations that Dr. Kyle did to him as "torture" and that it was the worst experience of his life. He was so weakened by his protracted stay in the hospital that when his cancer returned a couple of weeks ago, he was not eligible for any treatment. He was also robbed of any desire to try to continue to live. He died less than a month after his 2.5 week stay at the hospital. His case was complicated and when I spoke with Dr. Kyle personally he was warm, educated, and informative but I have no doubt in my mind that my dad's experience at the hospital radically shortened his life and the inattention from Dr. Kyle to my family and frankly the heartlessness from Angela in his care did not ease a difficult situation."
"Had the most Unprofessional Dr. visit that I've ever experienced the nurse and staff were great but when Dr. Woolsey came in the room he yelled at me due to my mask being too low on my nose even after apologizing hand fixing it he continued to be very aggressive and loud and Rude and has sence stopped me from seeing any urologist in the Oregone Urologe institute. This was at the Roseburg office ."
