"I give this company 5 stars. The staff who packed my furniture, kitchen, glassware, and collectibles did a fabulous job. Only 1 glass was broken (I had quite a few). They stored my things until I found my new home. The moving staff was also great. I couldn't believe how quickly the got everything into place. A side note....both the packers and the movers had been with the company a long time. That says volumes about their organization."
"O’Neill transfer was hired by my company to pack and ship my household belongings from WA to IL. First of all some of the packing team was looking very rough. It made me uncomfortable, but didn’t know how to respond as the company was hired for me and not by me. I believe the initial survey was totally underestimated as the crew was rushing to pack up, which resulted in an unbelievable amount of broken things. Some of the broken items are family heirlooms from passed away family members and a very expensive smart fridge that they totally broke in the process of disassembling it. For insurance purposes the team was supposed to pack and wrap everything, but as soon as they ran out of time, they started throwing things in boxes and empty spaces. See pics below. We are also missing a pair of Jordan sneakers and hardware for some of our (broken) furniture. Luckily I have insurance, and I highly recommend you to get good insurance as well if you are considering using O’Neill transfer for your move."
