"Great firm. I know many lawyers personally, and I've seen how many firms operate. I've never seen client care take priority over profit the way I have here. Should your legal matter align with the specialized expertise of this firm, you will find it to be the optimal choice for navigating and resolving your case with precision and proficiency."

"My wife and I worked with Keith when we tried to recover our money that our contractor took from us after failing to complete a Construction project. Although Keith was very busy at the onset of our case, he ended up making time to see us, and eventually took us on as his clients. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything and he was always giving us options on what we could do with our case. We had some financial assistance with our legal insurance, which he gladly worked with. He did great work in our arbitration hearing. I would occasionally have to call him and bug him about the status of our case but anytime I got his receptionist, he would quickly call or email me back. Overall good experience with Keith."

"They supposedly partner with Marion County incarcerated individuals as that's where I was referred to them the first time for an employer who wouldn't pay my final check. Seeing as how I was in jail the entire time, my girlfriend at the time, and felonious domestic abuser settled the case with them Today the law referall service referred me to them and they said they wouldn't take my new case because the last case wasn't profitable enough. Ethics? Not found here."

"Nine months ago I paid Staci Johnson $1,200 to draft me a will. She was my boyfriend’s friend (and I thought she was my friend too). Shortly after I paid her, but before the will was drafted, my boyfriend of seven years left me and moved in with Staci. My boyfriend said she was never my friend, and was only faking a friendship with me for him. He also said she would never speak to me again because he left me. True enough, I texted her and she never replied. A few weeks later I emailed and asked her to have someone else on her office do my will or give me my money back. Staci declined both and said it would not be a conflict of interest and that she would do my will. Obviously this was something I was not comfortable with. Although I did consult an attorney to find out it I should file a complaint with the bar, was told it was legally not a conflict of interest, however, in my opinion it was definitely a moral conflict and she should have either had another lawyer in the firm draft my will or refunded my money. I am now out $1,200 and had to get my will drawn up at another firm. I then found out that the going rate for this service is actually just $500, which is what I paid to have a will, advanced directive, etc set up- everything that Staci charged me $1,200 for."

"So I hired this office to represent me in a custody case, this was a huge mistake! First off the attorney that represented me was very unsure of herself and very under skilled. Seemed like I did most of the work while she billed me for the information I had to research and find myself. In the beginning she talked herself up as willing to fight for me and she sounded very confident in her skills I learned very fast that was not the case! In the end it really seemed that she was fighting for my ex husband rather then who was actually paying her! Then when trying to contact her office about the outrageous bill I was treated rude and she refused to speak to me."
