"I had a 56lb package delivered to my home at approx. 6pm last night (11/17/2022) in Eugene, OR... and I wanted to leave a "thank you" for the driver who delivered it. As I got to the door a little late, he had left on the porch, and I had a big problem getting it into the house. I caught up with him at his next stop and he came back to help get it safely in the house. As the UPS 800 number refuses to let you speak to a phone rep. and I couldn't find a phone number for the UPS hub in Springfield, OR, I am leaving this message on Google in hopes his supervisor sees it and notes the great job this driver is doing."
