"Administrative staff was very unprofessional. I requested minor, non-private information about the company and the representative who had previously left me a voicemail (e.g. company name, how to spell it and name of person who I was speaking with). This was all relevant information. She was curt, would not share her name, and hung up on me. If this is how the point of contact for this company responds to simple inquiries, this is not a company I would choose to support. I would give zero stars, if that were an option. *In response to the owner, I am not a solicitor. I was seeking clarity on why the company initiated contact with me."
