"So the credit union totally botched a skip payment transaction and I began to receive email and text notifications for being delinquent. I called right after receiving the notifications and was informed the issue was the credit union’s mistake and the issue would be resolved promptly but it might take place the next business day. Nope, continued to receive messages, so I drove to the credit union in person rather than being placed on brief (not) holds on the phone. Frankly, I wasn’t leaving until my issue was resolved. Thankfully, Candice took charge of the situation and assured me camping out wasn’t necessary, she’d personally handle the issue and phone me once resolved. I appreciate Candice for being true to her words and doing what she said she’d do. Fortunately the issue appears to be resolved. Thanks again Candice !!!"
