"It's probably more a review of the person than the place. Chap working the pickup door The afternoon of February 16th was incredibly helpful. Yes he's quiet but knew where to find stuff knew what was going on definitely helped."
"Whoever is delivering the mail from this location has given somebody else my parcel locker key after delivering a package twice now. I have also received other neighbors' mail before. Please be more cautious. Please stop giving other people my packages."
"Great customer service. We needed a new lock and keys for our post box. We were told it would be done on Saturday. They called Thursday and it's done, come get your held mail and keys. Staff were friendly and helpful."
"The place is okay, but I am not sure why this is called USPS Post Office instead of a drop box. It is basically a drop off location, essentially a small room that has drop-off box/barrel. On one side, there is a window with a bell you can ring to call someone if you need help. Also has some mailing related general items, maybe that is why it qualifies as a post office. The staff member came to help me after the bell was very polite."
"Mark is super helpful. I went on a Monday at 9:45am. Hopefully, he keeps that shift because that's when you should go to get help. I needed a lock change and he got me the form and answered my questions. He even said good morning. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly service"
