"Customers treated as low priority! Scheduled pitot/static/transponder cert 10 days in advance. Took off day of work to fly in, but informed night before appt that it wasn't "a good time" for them. Left my number and was told twice I'd be called to reschedule...never happened. Office staff said avionics staff was called to KHIO to work higher priorities. Never again"

"Arrived 30 minutes prior to scheduled test time and let the front desk know why I was there. I was told the test proctor was not in yet, but should be in shortly. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (50 minutes after I'd arrived) I went up to ask if the proctor was going to show up. It turned out he had arrived (a few minutes prior to my appointment) but the front desk did not relay my appointment, nor did the proctor ask me what I was waiting on, even though he had seen me waiting in the waiting room. Overall, I was not impressed with customer service."
"Scheduled to take a test a week in advance with them and the Instructor was not there and they had no records of my scheduled test on the books. Disappointed after driving from over an hour away to take the test."
