"I was falsely accused of domestic violence (DV4) on August 12th 2016 in a very harsh retaliation attack from my ex girlfriend because I evicted her out of my home. She told the DA I had attacked and beat her two weeks prior to me evicting her, but waited two days after I evicted her to report it. Even though a deputy sheriff was aware of the entire situation and was present during the eviction the DA still wanted to charge me even though I was completely innocent of the allegations against me.
