"They were polite but what I received was not a consultation at all. Just them telling me yes or no. They said they could recommend other lawyers so I have no idea if my case has merit or not. I just feel like gum under their shoe. My 60 yr old mother was punched in the face at McMenamins Crystal Ballroom by security, and the pub manager is reaching out but we don't know how to reasonably represent ourselves. Reached out to him as I was referred to him by an Attorney that genuinely wanted to take take my case as we consulted months ago, but just didn't have the capacity after months of waiting on me and realizing how big it might be he thought Kafhoury was the guy to get me a payout.. Anyway, The "interaction" was interesting and I at least got a decent denial letter but... when a lawyer says "nahhh BUT GET A LAWYER ASAP" is weird yes, what do you think I am trying to do here? As I would have liked to work with him, in the Brief interactions I picked up on an extremely cocky demeanor. This showed through the email and I wonder to this day if they all laughed at my case in the background. He probably would have taken the case If I was called a racist slur or beaten by a cop. But no, it was just apartment negligence with injury. That is what I have to say about my brief interaction, don't recommend, lost something in his heart along the way of being a lawyer."
