My experience with this law firm was extremely stressful and took four times as long as the estimate the law firm provided upon hiring them. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience working with Pacific Cascade Legal was the lack of communication. I received no voluntary updates from the law firm at any time during my experience with them. I had to reach out to find out what was going on with my legal matter and I would have to email them two or three times before I would receive any type of response back. I received more email solicitations from them than I did updates regarding my legal matter. Additionally, I was blatantly lied to by the legal assistant I worked with. This law firm absolutely dragged their feet regarding my legal matter and gave the impression that I was the lowest of their priorities. I should have followed my initial instinct and not hired this law firm. I would have saved myself months of stress and aggravation. Stay far away from this place."
