"Writing a review after watching the video that is referred to by another comment of this. In reply to that comment, there is no excuse for a damaged vehicle. There was damage to the underside of the car, and a boxed trailer would have the exact same effect. There is no excuse for a delivery company that has damaged a paying customers car. The female passenger is aggresive, and the customer of the car maintained his right to film on his own private property, as well as legally blurred out their identifiable faces. While you may have other experiences with this company, all the bad reviews are justified by the way they treated a customer that had spent a lot of money on a car, and more money to get it delivered, and was given a "it's gonna happen anyway when you drive it on the road" when confronting his delivery driver for the damages. This company does not take any responsibility for their mistakes, and seem entitled enough to say that it's the customers problem for their fault. The driver even went so far as to get the customer to sign off on the car, but preventing the customer from reading the contents of the contract that he was signing. If you're getting your very high SUV delivered with these guys, you're probably going to have better luck than if you were to get a lower sedan/sports car delivered."
"Doesn’t take care of vehicles and won’t let you read what you’re signing off on. Enclosed or not, still shouldn’t have a damaged vehicle delivered especially if it costs over $400k. If car was damaged when they were responsible of delivering, then transport should have made it right. That’s why insurance exists."
