"Driver being erratic and dangerous crossing solid lane lines and no turn signals, then sits at a red light to turn right when traffic from the left in one way away from us so NO reason to sit there and cause more congestion than he already did with illegal lane change...call their support center at 2 o'clock and no one is there to take my call, the answering machine says ,no way to leave a message, and then hangs up on you."
"Support people at Pioneer Square are pleasant and try to help. But . . . Hop pass software is trouble prone, steals your money, does not work reliably, or at all. Also, requires Google Wallet, which itself wants a lot of intrusive banking info. I took Hop Pass off of my phone, along with Google Pay and Google Wallet. Glad to have this intrusive stuff off of my phone. Now, I just use my credit card as a pass, enen though it costs twice as much to use."
"Sometimes a trip to visit a real person to solve a problem is worth it. I had a somewhat complicated and unique circumstance that I had unsuccessfully tried to resolve on the phone. A quick stop at the office and the agent I dealt with had me sorted out in less than five minutes. More importantly, she wàs presented with me at my "people suck" worst as a customer! I left in a good mood and a smile on my face. Job well done."

I know I want verbalizing my issue properly but the associate who helped me asked me a couple quick questions and bam we were exactly on the same page and my issues were resolved quickly. Huge thumbs up. Aside from being annoyed that I wasnt able to accomplish what I needed online. My actual experience there could not have been better"
