"These guys showed up on time and moved at a pretty good pace. I did have all my stuff pre blanketed and shrink wrapped (1 bedroom) only slight knock for placing 2 obvious heavier boxes with the top on the side instead of facing up. Good guys and polite."
"While the day of moving was efficient, the follow-up afterward has been sub-par. While moving a couch into my new home, the movers damaged one of the baseboards. They took a photo and said someone would be in touch about the damage. After a week, no one reached out, so I reached out to them, and they reponded, saying that the movers said the complaint was resolved (which it wasn't). They said they would look into it and get back to me. They never did. I followed up a few times and silence. I gave them a chance to fix it, and after 4 months, I'm done waiting. I wouldn't recommend this company. They can't be trusted to fix damages they cause or follow up with you."
