"My insurance rates were absurd. When I inquired as to why I was met with inadequate answers. Which was obviously both both frustrating and concerning. Ultimately they decided that clients with a problem were problem clients and opted to cancel my insurance forcing me to take my business elsewhere. Then they charged me for a full month of coverage, which I refused to pay, seeing as how they canceled my policy (or so I was told by a woman identifying herself as the owners wife.) I got a much better rate elsewhere from a larger and more reputable company that doesn't arbitrarily overcharge me or treat me with a complete lack of respect or understanding. Since I refused to pay for the full month in which they canceled my policy, they have since retaliated by turning the account over to a collection agency and making some snarky comment in return for their one star review. Pretty petty to go after my credit rating simply because you don't like the feedback you received. I can't speak to all of Farmers Inruance agents, but this particular office demanded a level of professionalism that they weren't willing to extend themselves and I advise anyone wanting a Farmers policy to avoid this particular office."
