"This is listed as a UPS access point online. What they do not tell you online is that you will pay an extra $10 on top of the change of delivery fee from UPS just to pick it up here. Pretty sneaky and underhanded. I will be reporting this to usp. Edit: The Newberg Mail Room replied yesterday trying to justify their $10 charge saying that it was standard practice. And that the ups store did it as well. They are lying. The ups store does not charge that fee. I just picked up my package there. This is not standard practice. Interestingly enough, the Newberg Mail Room decided to delete their response...."

"I have no idea why y’all don’t have 5 stars on here. My partner and I LOVE the Mailroom. The owner Molly is a fantastic human, and we’ve had a great experience with all of their employees. We ship a lot of packages for our business, and we’re completely traumatized by our local post office. They’re always unnecessarily rude or fake nice. Finding the Mailroom was such a relief!"
