"There online is down and my order has been placed since 7pm and it’s 7:45 and I’m still in the drive though because there’s 20 cars ahead of me. They locked all the doors and for some weird reason a McDonald’s employee walked out of the back door and when we asked if he can at least explain to us what’s going on he said he doesn’t work here. So, why was he in the employee room???"

"Took my son to get dinner Friday 3/15/24 . Waited in line for 15 mins. Once we got to the front my son ordered his burrito and he took the last of the rice. I asked for a veggie bowl. I asked for brown rice and was told “we have no rice sorry. “ I said “ what ? No rice? “ she says yeah . I said ok well then I don’t want anything . There were probably 10 people behind us. The couple behind us asked for rice and was told they wouldn’t have any white rice for 20 minutes or more. Brown rice wasn’t even an option. The fajita veggies were basically empty . All the trays had just enough to give one serving and nothing more. While standing in line I observed the workers and they were very rude to customers when they would ask for sides or extra of something . Very disappointing as this is what was supposed to be for dinner. This is not the first time I have witnessed employees being rude to customers. The only person who was very nice and had great customer service skills was the cashier . DO BETTER CHIPOTLE!"

"Came in Wednesday 2/28 around 7pm, got a bowl, there were like 7 employees hanging out but only two were working (the nice lady who assembled our food) and a gentleman in the back cleaning. There were two girls at the register who were gossiping with there friends in the lobby, during checking out they were obviously distracted and unhappy we interrupted their conversation."

"I had a terrible experience at a Chipotle restaurant. When I arrived, I ordered a bowl of barbacoa with chicken, but the person serving me was rude and unhelpful. He did not ask if I wanted anything else, and when I requested additional items, the person handling the salsas was also unpleasant. I worked at Chipotle for 15 years and have never encountered such a bad attitude. This happened on Sunday, the Feb 11th , at around 2:18 pm. I urge you to review the security footage to see how the staff were discarding spoons, tortillas and portions of food."

"I came here for lunch today and the restauraunt was absolutely dirty. All tables were messy and garbage and food debris under soda station counter. When I initially ordered they were out of nearly every ingredient, and when I asked about the protein I wanted I was told "It will be awhile". I'll be back, just hoping to see some improvement in the environment of this location."
