Ace has not been my first choice for transportation but you can handle my wheelchair which is 2 inches wider than some. I will be happy to ride with you again"

"Called on behalf of a patient and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and told me that the patient would have to contact someone else to reschedule their appointment but refused to give me that phone number. She the said the patient was a liar when I told her they did not have the phone number with them. Not helpful and rude. Please save yourselves the trouble and use a better company."
"This place wouldn't even give my insurance the name of the driver. The driver was late, called me to find my house, and then after picking me up from my appointment I didn't get to have because I was late, drove me around Woodburn for 30 mins, blocked traffic, did an illegal u turn with me in the car, almost crash into a semi, and almost side swiped someone's car on my side. This place is horrible."
"If I could give zero I would. Talked to someone there and they told me that they have fifteen extra minutes to get to you even if they are late picking you up I have never had to tell drivers how to do there job except the diver I have today. Constantly late and they don’t care about the customer at all they told me that they don’t care."
