"Agent is great. My claim communication has been awful with claims. Requested car to be transferred to Auto Body as found a good place. I came home and found State Farm towed to my home. Now they charged me $75.00 stating i was over my towing limit. I confirmed with State Farm where to tow. This was not the only issue so i am terribly disappointed. Car is at the Auto Body i requested now after paying $75 which i will be requesting reimbursement."
