"If I could give no stars I would. On the 21st of December a plumbing truck ran over my parked car. This insurance company specifically Ryan Widmar, has refused a rental car, refused a tow truck, they have refused to pay for damages to my brand new car purchased in September. All Ryan has achieved is communicating that he cannot help me after 12pm due to him needing to leave the office. He has offered to send a check to my home for what he estimates my car will need (he estimated from a pick & pull junk yard rather than OEM parts) which wont be cashed or signed, because that will not make me whole and is not an exact estimate of the work needed for my car. I was informed by my legal advocate that signing the check would be my legal confirmation that Sentry has fixed my car. The check is not including NEW parts or an accurate amount to fix damage done. I have been quoted nearly 5k and Ryan has offered me a 2k check in the mail? This insurance company represents bad faith. They have done nothing to help me despite their client, 3 mountains plumbing WANTING to help me. Do not use this provider as they provide nothing but reluctance and headaches. My car has been on the side of the road for over 2 weeks since being hit, WHILE I WAS NOT INSIDE. Should be an open and shut case, but rather than providing INSURANCE for their client (3 mountains plumbing) Ryan has only tried to save Sentry Insurance money, and in the process ruining my Christmas and New Years celebrations. Now I will have to make a claim with the state of Oregon and contact an attorney against the plumbing company who is Sentry’s client, rather than just having my car fixed in good faith."
