"I been living here for than a few years and I seen it all. From different maintenance attendants from different managers. This place has gone downhill. Thiers mole every year of the rain and highly infected with ants and cockroach during the summer time. With no parking space and criminal activity. Management has a very poor reputation to attendants who live here doesn't even have a emergency number of your unit requires attention. I don't recommend this property at all."

"It's got its share of problems but every place does these days. Fred does a great job helping his tenants even when there is crazy construction going on."

"I liked it there for the most part the manager is very friendly and has worked with me to overcome some situations. Basic appartment living. The only thing I did not like was the laundry room and the price to wash and dry. I think it is one of the nicer complexes in that part of town."
