"I hate to say it, but this place is extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for a viewing showed up 15 minutes prior. Stayed there in the parking lot for 45 minutes and the leasing agent never showed up. I called multiple times, and nothing, she called back many hours later apologizing asking to reschedule I was still interested in the apartment so I happily agreed. Upon the second appointment I showed up 15 minutes prior again, knocked on the door waited another 45 minutes and called 10 times. The voicemail box was full and nobody picked up, she promised she would make it this time And she didn’t. I was extremely disappointed and at this point did not want to read an apartment anymore. Do not recommend."

"They were renovating above my apartment, burst a pipe, and flooded our place. At first they kept telling us that it was fine and we could make it (it was sewage water btw), and then once they saw that the water damage caused our whole ceiling to cave in, they told gave us a hotel... Two days after that... We ended staying in hotel for a whole month while they kept saying that they were going to have someone come fix the place (but of course it didn't happen until a week after the hotel, which they ended up not paying for anymore, leaving us homeless for a weekend). And when it came for trying to apply for new apartments, they wouldn't respond or even acknowledge the new management! After finally moving out and going back to collect our things, it turns out they had stolen some of our values. This has been the worst management possible."
