"I've lived at Aspire Columbia Ridge for about 5 years ( I live in a 2bd) Living at Aspire Columbia Ridge has been great for me and my family, the area is safe and security comes around at night to check the parking lot. It’s a quiet community where the neighbors are friendly and everyone keeps to themselves, management are helpful and answers calls accordingly. Maintenance also comes out in a timely manner when something needs fixing in the home or around the property, they also go around the complex making sure everything is clean, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to move!"

"There is no ice or snow removal for residents. What are the disabled or elderly supposed to do. The water ill is added into rent and its horribly expensive its different each month. The apartments are supposed to be non smoking however everytime we come home from work it smells like all wedid wassmoke weed all day because that's what our downstairs neighbors do."

"Horrible!!! if I could give this place one star I would. We have moved here July 1st of 2023 and we have had issues since we moved in. Our apartment is falling apart and our washer and dryer hasn't worked for 3 months. We have made multiple attempts to get the maintenance man here to fix the issue. No shows the whole time until today when the office promised us it would be fixed. And yet again not fixed. They showed up at 4pm near quitting time and was .ore concerned about my neighbor working on his car. Anyways I have videos and pictures. Our place is falling apart and they won't do anything. We pay our 1631 in rent every month. This place just wants the money and doesn't want to fix anything. I hate doing this but I have to go the legal route. A lot of other people I know in here have the same issues. Also we can't ever use the activity room because it's closed. All these amenities they claim to have don't expect it to be that way when you sign a lease here. We have been lied to and we feel like we are being cheated out of our hard earned money for a place with old everything.we have been great tenants here and feel highly disrespected. It has taken 10 missed appointments and one very rude maintenance guy to make me go this route. We have honored our side of the deal, avenue 5 needs to honor theirs. But I don't expect them to. I would strongly suggest you don't rent from these people. They don't care about anything but money. They won't fix their maintenance issues. They tried overcharging us on our August rent by 631 dollars. Since day 1 is slumlord nightmare. We do not feel safe in our own home here. We feel lied to and duped. Please save yourself the money and headache and find somewhere else to rent. Cabinet doors have fallen off and hit my wife in the face and the light fixture when you first walk into our apartment fell and broke nearly hitting my 3 year old son after closing the front door. All of these issues were in the condition form I filled out with my lease. Promised new carpet and new paint but our kids room has always smelled of cat urine and the paint is a whole different story. Paint bubbles and chips everywhere is all I have to say. One last issue is like to put a review on, there is a nest of rats living under my apartment and they are always on my porch. Huge rats. They burrow right under my cement slab outback which was also never painted before we moved in. The neighbors was painted but ours was not. I do not feel one but bad about posting this review. We have given multiple chances and missed so many days of work waiting on this maintenance guy and the office to do what they promised. We have suffered substantial financial burden because of these people."

"The most horrible place to live. They will also try to screw you over on your deposit. Water sewage and trash are added and they don't have meters so it's so expensive and a different price every month. Trash whole! Looks like it's 1980s with cheap cabinets."

"The pool and gym are always closed because they refuse to give anyone a fob or key to access it. Only time you can access these amenities we pay for are during business hours if someone is at the office. They're supposed to be open until 6 but if you get there at 3 or 4pm you'll be lucky if they're open - even on rent days. Place has been under two or three management companies since Ive been here and all they do is increase rent with no increase in living situation. Maintenance manager never shows up when he says or even the correct day. Emergency work orders are the same even though the window to arrive is supposed to be within a few hours. One time I had an emergency and the guy shows up many hours later and when he sees the work he's gotta do he says this wasn't worth him getting out of bed"
