"This is by far the worst property I've ever lived in. Be aware! There are drug activity, shootings all the time, 6months late on maintenance requests, upon your move in you'll notice broken and half fixed appliances and fixtures, and your vehicle that is listed on the rental agreement will get towed with no notice. Also this location does not do a good job with receiving payments so they charge you late fees on a monthly basis. (Takes 6 months to get reversed) This is not a kid friendly location. Within the last 6 months, 2 people have died here. Don't be fooled with pictures you see. This location offers no amenities other than a germ infested pool."

"Worst company ever, do not rent here. Everything is rotten and moldy, maintenance does not do their job, they will just close tickets saying it was fixed when it wasn't. Management does not care, even calling their California HQ does nothing. There are way too many problems to list, they also own Powell Court Apartments (check their reviews too), which is right next door, which just just another dump for stolen cars, meth heads, etc. The 5 star reviews here are from the management company. Look at the profile, you can see them saying they moved in a month ago both here and another location in California. There are no actual real 5 star reviews. Slumlords."

"The new manger is a bully . I called and asked for some repairs on the stares and the maintenance guy comes up to me and says he doesn't appreciate my attitude and gets way to close to my personal space then another maintenance guy along with the new manger start telling me she would be happy to cancel my lease for me !? Then one of them pulls out a phone and starts recording me after they threatened to evicted me and my family Over some loose nails that were sticking up creating a huge trip hazard at the top of the stares !! Wow .. don't come here... And I've been charging my neighbors phone cause his power outlets haven't worked in over a week .."

"The pictures are not an accurate representation of the property. One step up from slumlords in my opinion. I just want to say to all the people I've moved into Sterling Park and Powell Court... I'm sorry. It would have been great, but I wasn't given a chance."

"The Sterling Park Apartments are spacious beautiful apartments. I thought I liked living here because the staff at the office were nice and worked with me. As soon as I went to move out they refused to do a walk through with me because they said they were busy. I never had a problem with them before so I was ok with that and very understanding. I was 86 off the property after homeless people broke into my apartment and I was charged with the damages. Even though I cleaned for 3 days straight there was no proof and they refused to hear me out. I have young kids and this was the worst learning experience for me and my family. There was no working with me after that. Even though they refused to walk through with me I now have a hard time finding a place to live with my children and because I'm easy to get over on my credit is ruined. I learned a hard lesson on trusting management and if I move again I am aware of my mistakes and will make sure I have a appointment for a proper walk through when I move."
