"After living here for 6 months i can safely say this is the nicest building I have lived in. The people, location, and staff are all absolutely incredible. Lisa the property manager will go above and beyond for all residents (human or animal). A lot of past reviews complain about security, but the people they have put in place (and the multiple scanners they've installed) have made this place feel like the safest spot in the city."
"I absolutely love living here! Best place I’ve lived so far! Lisa the property manager is the kindest and most helpful landlord I’ve ever had! She is accommodating and generous. The building itself it always kept clean and in good repair. I love having the security features of the key cards to get in and out of the building at all times. Overall great experience"

"I lived here with my girlfriend for a year. The apartments are way overpriced and my girlfriends bike was stolen out of the “safe bike room.” We found out two other bikes had been stolen in the same week and the front office hadn’t alerted anyone to the fact that our bikes were being stolen. They then said it was our fault for not properly locking our bikes up. After our lease was up they wanted to raise our rent as well. Homeless frequently get into the lobby and sleep on the couches, you have to pay to rent AC units, and the management were never in the building during their scheduled hours. The maintenance guy Bill was cool though."
"The apartment building itself is well maintained with a modern sleek appearance. I've enjoyed the in apartment amenities such as stainless steel appliances very much. The building is much quieter than most I've lived in in the past, with friendly neighbors. Overall the Milano has been a great expierence. The manager Megan is always helpful with a smile on her face. Over all myself and my two small dogs love calling the Milano home."
