"Joan (the property manager) was wonderful in working with us through the application process. She was very reasonable and answered any/all questions we had and genuinely cares about her tenants and their needs. The complex itself is very nice with 3 or 4 different buildings that have both upstairs and downstairs apartments, a community pool available in spring-summer, fenced in dog park behind one of the buildings and hose for washing your car(s)."
"Apartments are beautiful and very spacious landscaping is on point and twice a week no cars being broken into no packages being stolen love that we have nightly security and the Manager Joanne such a sweet woman is patient and works with you on your needs being met! I would definitely recommend this place 10/10"

Manager of edgemont apartment is the best manager we have ever had and has always helped us since day one of moving here, until this day has always been a great help. maintenance are always on top of their game to get things done and properly and in timely manner. Overall a great relaxed place to call home"
"Best apartment/property manager I’ve ever had. The apartments are spacious and cozy as hell, and there are plenty of trees that shade the place out and keep it nice and cool throughout the summer. Maintenance is super responsive, pool is always clean and place always looks amazing. There is even designated areas to wash your car and I have used it a lot since moving in! The property manager is super chill but also attentive when needed, and a great problem solver. She is about 80% of why this place is so great. Yeah there is crime in the area but no worse than I have had it before in Portland and nothing has happened to my vehicle since move in. All around great place to live, great staff, and good vibes."
