"We are leaving after living here for 2 years to be closer to work. The goods: This is a very convenient location and surprisingly safe. Most people keep to themselves. Lina, the manager, is wonderful and super helpful. The maintenance crew does well to respond to service requests. The bads: Mold can be an issue during the wet months. They have you sign a document stating you are aware of it and that you at at fault for damage caused by negligence. The pool hasn't been cleaned and open since we moved in. Depending on your apartment location you might have loud noises through the night due to the football field. The gist: its a great location. management is very helpful. invest in a dehumidifier. The rent is decent. Have a friend with a pool."

"Safe community with somewhat responsive,yet slow processing maintenance people. Downsides are that the pool has been closed due to COVID (and no sight of it reopening anytime soon). The laundry room could use some improvement. But safety is of utmost importance. Cameras on premise and designated parking spots."

"My family and I have been here the past 5 years and it’s hands down the best apartment complex we’ve lived in. The manager, Lina, is patient, helpful, and extremely understanding. The maintenance workers are fast and efficient and have good relationships with the people who live here. We’ve only had one problem since being here, and they came and fixed it the same day that I called in about it. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious with tile flooring, granite countertops, and even a walk in closet. The pool is a great place to hang out in the summer. It’s always really clean with lots of places to sit. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, but my kids still have lots of friends to play with in the backyard and at the playground (which has a tire swing!) Rent is extremely reasonable. I honestly have no complaints! It’s a great place to live."

"We have lived here for a few years and we love it. It is quiet for the most part. The maintenance guys are great, very personable. Lina, the assistant Manager is very pleasant and we have never had any issues. The inside of the apartments are pretty nice, the counter tops I love, wish the cupboards we updated but I am sure with time that will come. Overall I have no really complaints, neighbors are pretty great too!"
