"Lived here for four years now. The location is awesome. The place was built in the early 70s, So you can expect that type of place. It's slowly being remodeled. Greg is awesome if you get to know him. If you're a good tenant, you will have no problems. Plain and simple."

"I was living at Riverview for almost 7 years and am always checking to see if units are available. The garden area is lovely and sometimes felt like a park. I was lucky to have great neighbors. The manager Greg did a fine job and responded quickly to any problem with maintenance, and did the hard work dealing with or loud music or noisy people. About the manager- he wasn't a friend but my apartment manager and I respected the work he did. I saw him handle the sick and elderly who struggled to care for themselves, and obnoxious tenants who didn't give a damn about their neighbors or the property - it is a hard job. Rather than being rude online if you have a problem call his boss at Norris & Steven's."

"I love this complex it always feels like home. I have never felt more comfortable living in an apartment complex than I have here. Greg is one of the best managers I have ever has as a manager in any complex I have lived in. There have been a few tenants that have made living here a chore as they think they can do whatever they want but if you respect the rules you will always feel welcome here. I hope to be living here for a long while."
