"It took me a while to write a review, since it was it was a horrible experience. Karla influenced in a 15 month lease. I wanted a year lease, but she insisited 15 because it was a good price. I said yes, since she was really nice to me, and I trusted her. This was during covid 19 and the black rights riots in Portland, Oregon. Over the course of 15 months a met an indiginous woman, who was expierencing domestic violance, it was concerning. I contacted the leasing agent Ashley, she told me to "get it on video", and was really rude, and insetitive of the situation." Cynthia told be "to be carful". I told them you need to evict these people. It was horrable I had to listen to the domestic violance for 15 months. All the neighbors listened. Laura is very unhelful and made matter worse when I moved out. She justified these women actions, since she is the property manager. I highly recomend dont live in the aera in general, it's not that safe, it's not a friendly town or a place to be, and for sure dont live in this complex. The people reflect that. My experience was disrespecful. It was a really sad experience. *Property Manger* Hi we are so sorry let me bee clear. Your just a tenant and your replacable. Thank you for the money you provided, so I can buy my youth surm, and heels, but the sheiff debuty is my type."

"The whole moving Experience here to the Bluffs apartments was amazing Laura and Carla in the office have help me with the whole process. They are a great management team and they work well with others! if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t of have gotten my apartment on time. I also love the apartment complex! It has all of the amenities I need without having to go anywhere Gym, yoga room, sauna, laundry facilities and swimming pool and great sightseeing!"

"!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!! Terrible apartment's. I broke my lease in 6 months' due to MULTIPLE issues. EXTREMELY OVER PRICED., RUSTY PIPES, BAD WATER PRESSURE, HANDLES WERE FALLING OFF ALL THE TIME, 99% OF WIFI OUTLETS DONT WORK, PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. !!!THE WORST PART!!!: I left a month ago with the mutual understanding any need of funds would come out of my security deposit. Still have not received my security deposit back, AND they want $300 more for what? IDK THEY WONT REPLY TO ME NOW!!! I got bait and switched DAY ONE with a balcony renovation. They lied about the time line on the balcony renovations, (Even told me... TOO MY FACE!!!!.... when I was apartment hunting that my balcony is not on the list for renovation. When i confronted them they treated me like I was crazy.) It took them a month longer than they said IN SUMMER!! MOST PEOPLE DIDNT GET A REDUCED PRICE ON RENT DUE TO THE RENOVATION!!! The stairs are covered in spider webs and it's YOUR responsibility to clean them. No one takes care of the pool. Most of the apartment appliances had issues. All of my neighbors say they do this to every one who moves in and all of them said they were looking for another apparent complex. as a rule I never leave bad reviews but this place was so bad I had to go FULL KAREN to hopefully save you from the bluffs."

"This is a horrible place to live, and an even worse company to work with; First off, they do not care at all about renting tenants; The ground level is basically rented by feral homeless people the city has put in a place. I work. I pay full rent. I have been assaulted three times trying to just come home from work. Because this company just allows feral homeless people to rent here. I don’t feel safe taking my garbage out. This company is a joke. I’ve tried to call and all they say is “can you take a picture?” “Can you take video?” No. That is their job. Don’t rent here."

"I have had a very positive experience living at The Bluffs. It isn't luxury living but doesn't have a luxury price tag either. I have been happy and comfortable here, have nice neighbors, feel relatively safe given the high crime rate in the Portland metro area, and have had good dealings with office staff, especially Carla (thank you, Carla). The view of the Willamette from the courtyard is phenomenal and such a blessing! It would be nice to have an in unit washer and dryer but the I've had no problems with the onsite laundry facilities. Another caveat, if traffic noise bothers you, don't get one of the apartments that backs up to River Road. With everything said, I very much recommend this community."
