"This is such a great place to call home. I've been living here for over a year now and I wanted to change apartments as a better 1 that suited me became available. The management ( Robert & Jan) made the process very easy. they are very professional and care about the need of the residents. They are always honest and upfront about any charges that you will acquire. The grounds are kept up and looking nice. This apartment complex is close to anywhere you need to get to, like shopping, restaurant's, post office and the library. So if you are looking to make a move come check out these apartment homes."

"I never leave reviews but, I had to for this amazing community! When I moved from out of state from LA, I had the hardest time reaching anyone at other communities, to help me find sn apartment. Until I called Crystal Lake. Robert, the property manager is a true professional! From the first moment I spoke to him (over the phone), he was incredibly helpful. The approval process was fast and efficient. Excellent customer service and a smooth move-in process. The maintenance team responded fast to service requests and the office staff was always friendly. The location is very safe and about 20minutes to downtown Portland. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and safe residential community, this place is perfect. I never wait long for any help/repair. The grounds are kept beautiful and clean. They update things regularly. It's a good place to live."

"Thanks to the friendly and very capable staff, Crystal Lake is one of the best apartment communities I’ve encountered. The well maintained buildings are surrounded with beautiful landscaping, including the small lake. The geese seem to like the grass just outside my patio for nurturing their chicks; it’s a joy to watch them grow. The location is ideal with three bus lines stopping in front. Downtown Milwaukie is a short walk away and hosts many great restaurants as well as our brand new library. It's a great place to call home!"

"I moved into Crystal Lake Apartments over two years ago. Part of the reason was facility management was rated highly. I had just spent 3 weeks waiting for a landlord to fix a kitchen sink drain, with a sink full of dirty water. Here, when my dishwasher stopped working, it was fixed the next day. I have appreciated the quality of the grounds, upkeep, and great location."
