"No fitness center"
"After living in the building for 6 years ( because they offered tax exempt units) I would not recommend this place to anyone. My bike was stolen out of the "bike room" which had a camera but unfortunately "faced the wrong way". A house less person broke into a vacant unit and trashed the place. Packages were stolen on a daily basis and there never seemed to be any video. The front door was broken multiple times, and the glass at the back door was also broken. This apartment is not safe and not cared for by the higher ups. Maintenance was great when you needed something fixed. Upon move out of my second unit I was charged 90$ over my deposit for minor things. Don't expect to get your deposit back. I also emailed in regards to the charges with hopes that they would be understanding and just keep my deposit and not ask for more , but instead I received a short and rude email back, with no resolution. I would never rent from Anchor NW again."
"Lived here for 8 months so far. Clean unit, no big signs of wear and tear. A company comes by to clean the building on a very regular basis and it's fairly quiet around here. Probably gonna live here for a few years."
"It’s clean and new but the noise insulation between floors is very bad. I’ve lost a lot of sleep due to my upstairs neighbours throughout the night. During the day, my ceilings, wall, and ceiling fan shake and rumble with bass and I often get headaches due to their footsteps. This is an everyday thing. Tenant relations says they can’t do anything about it and that the person is trying their best, but the reality is this place went from promising to a mistake due to not being able to relax, getting startled, and sometimes, headaches. The only thing they did was walk slower, which helps little. There is no quiet time to be had and now with COVID it is even worse. I’ve tried switching my work schedule from night to morning and it doesn’t help. In the bedroom, the shaking and rumbling is the worst. My schedule has to match my upstairs neighbour because they decide when i wake up."
