"Major rat problem, community trash bins get so full that all the trash ends up filling the hallway. Apartments are full of dangerous and shady people who aren’t on leases with animals that are unvaccinated and feral and not fixed. I was attacked by a cat in the building. I was almost attacked by two people in the building. People steal here as well. Move quite literally anywhere else. It’s not worth it in this hell hole. Not to mention, contacting management is damn near impossible. Nothing will ever be fixed - you can count on that!"
"I just recently moved into the Raintree apartments and had the best experience. Moving and finding a new place is challenging to say the least, however, connecting with Chrystine Moreno made this move the easiest and most comfortable experience. She was so kind and patient with me, understanding and extremely supportive. I've had some rough experiences with property managers in the past and this was like no other. Any issues I've have she has helped me even outside of her scheduled hours. I could not be more happy. I feel safe and heard and I'm so happy to be here.
