"I used to love this apartment building, never any complaints but if you are thinking of getting a basement unit, don’t. There’s units that barley get any sunlight because of the bushes they have in front of the windows. It’s always dark and if you have plants they will not survive. I’ve also wrote to them several times about having ant infestations where they come through the cracks of the floor. It’s ruined really expensive food for my pets countless times no matter where I place it. I can’t even make food at times in my own kitchen due to ants. I don’t leave any food out everything is always sealed dishes are always done and still happens. All they ever say is to get liquid ant bait which I have used and paid for many times and it doesn’t help. They have only ever suggested to pay for an exterminator myself even though it’s the landlords job to fix things wrong with the apartment. Like sealing up where the ants are coming through. Not worth paying almost 1,500 for having to throw out perfectly good food for myself and my pets because the ants got to it. Always an excuse saying they can’t do anything about it, if you are charging someone that much to live in a 400 sq foot home you’d think they would offer help to control pests. Not worth living here anymore. I’m furious that I keep wasting money time after time on food and drinks."

"The elevator is by far the worst but the whole building smells like an aquarium"
