"Very nice building in a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. I liked the location as well, right next to Providence Park (which even facing the building if I had my windows closed I could barely hear the commotion when they had events), also a block away from a TriMet station that takes you to the airport. Overall I enjoyed my time here but a couple recurring issues led me to look elsewhere. First, the parking garage situation - the machine breaks down constantly (one of the 3 go down at least once a week), which can add 30 mins to sometimes a couple hours before you can access your car again. Each year they did a big day of proactive maintenance during which the garage was inaccessible for basically the entire business day that was supposed to fix things, but it would go back to breaking down in a month or so. For how much we were paying for parking, that was frustrating to say the least. Second was more minor but I noticed staff got harder and harder to reach with time. When I first moved in, there was someone always in the front office/reception area from that was accessible if you had issues/questions. Towards the end of my stay, I found it harder to get a hold of anyone the same day I had an issue, as there was rarely a time when someone was available in the office/reception area, and calls to the office went to a call center and I'd have to wait for a response. Overall was still a nice place to live - it was always clean in common areas and they were good at keeping the building safe."

"Echo was soo helpful in getting all our needs met and making us feel right at home during the move in process. I can’t say enough great things about her! The apartment building itself is adorable, clean, and has great high-end appliances & amenities. Happy renter :)"

"I've lived at Sawbuck for almost 1 years and the staff have been wonderful! Whenever I have a problem it's quickly solved by maintenance (Brandon and Mark), and if it can't be solved quickly I know they'll keep me updated. Same with the leasing agent, Shenika, and the leasing manager Sea'nna! They are wonderful and helped me figure out leasing information for my unit, and are always on top of keeping us residents informed of events and reminders! It's a great team here and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else."

"The location is great, the property is clean, staff is knowledgeable and always available. They are friendly and always go that extra mile for you. I lost my FOB and Louie came in at 2:00 am just to make sure I got into my apartment safe. From when my call was connected he asked me to stay in a safe secure location, showed up and replaced my FOB and went the extra mile to make sure everything was connected. It is more like a concierge service! At no cost. Nice living , great views, and a company that really cares about its tenants."

"Moved into my new apartment just over a month ago and I'm loving it. This is a beautiful building, the rooftop deck is really cool and looks directly into Providence Park, and my apartment is really nice. The car stacker took some getting used to but it's worth it to immediately have a garage spot (where it's almost impossible for it to be more secure). The staff are super nice and helpful. My gym is across the street so I've only used the fitness room once, but it's really nice and has a decent amount of cardio and weights (and they supply towels). I'd definitely recommend this building."
