"Never have I had so many problems with one company. Everything that happened while I lived there was a fight with them. After moving out they attempted to take $1600 from our deposit “for cleaning fees/damages” all documents/receipt for work done said in the notes from techs. “Regular maintenance or normal wear and tear” and yet they still tried to charge us. After asking about that all we got back was rudeness. We had to get the owner of the property’s contact information because they would not answer the phone. In the long run the owner had them refund most of the money. I have asked multiple time for photos of when we moved out knowing that we took detailed photos of the house perfectly clean and they said the house took cleaners 15 hours to clean. (After they had multiple construction crews in the house). After asking 5+ times for simple timestamped photos of the property when we moved out which I was told they had. The response I got was very rude and I was told not to contact them for photos/proof of why they were charging us"

"I was a resident for apartments in lebanon for 1 year a 3 months and was very satisfied with Gails customer service. Very understanding and shown a willingness to help! However Scott is on the complete other spectrum. I was met constantly with disrespect, harsh words and threats of fines and little to no communication to explain why. I highly recommend for anyone renting from this establishment to only rent as a last resort to avoid having to work with an employee such as scott"

"Scott and Gail are such a power duo! When my husband and I first met them they were very friendly, professional and charismatic. We know as being renters the importance of having a property manager that we feel a certain comfort level with. If there is ever an issue at Cedar Ridge we know that we can contact them and the problem will be resolved quickly. To us, a great property manager is being attentive to the tenants needs or requests and they are an outstanding representation of that. There has been a couple of concerns that I have had here and they were very quick to respond with a resolution. I also like that there is a basketball court here that I feel is safe to send my son to. The property has several security cameras and for us as parents, it feels like extra reinforcement knowing that we have that extra level of security. We are very happy to live under Castle Property Management and we would definitely recommend this power duo."
