"We eventually had to move due to domestic violence in the apartment downstairs from us. The constant yelling and impacts really translate through the thin walls. And the icing on the cake was that we just got our deposit check back. They charged us $48.00 for 4 drip pans and two light bulbs, it's like prices in a hospital or something. We cleaned up a lot when we left, it was clean to the standard that someone could move in. I used to clean apartments for a very picky landlord so I do know this. They still charged us $290 to clean (what, I don't know). All they cleaned was my bank account, once again. But, goodbye and good riddance."

"Beware rent is raised every year at renewal. Oregon law only protects buildings over 15 years old from exorbitant rent increases there’s no law protecting what the owners can do here. Rent was raised 200 last years renewal and now this year‘s renewal it’s raised another 200."

"RENTER BEWARE! IF YOUR APARTMENT LOOKS LIKE THESE PHOTOS DO NOT RENT! The rental price used to be $925 a month and while they have plans to renovate, they will charge you much more than the place is worth without renovating if you sign the lease beforehand. The new management is AWFUL. They will do "Patio inspections" and fine you if they find anything on the patio that isn't listed in the lease terms. They will also charge you an insane amount from your deposit upon move out and likely will say that you OWE them money no matter how much you clean. While going through the lease, they will neglect to mention any nonrefundable fees. They do not mention details in the lease such as how much they will charge you for hanging a painting even though they say it's allowed when asked. If your car has any minor problems such as a flat tire or a recently expired tag, they will tow it. The washer and dryer is awful and leaves residue over your clothes. The range hood over the oven collects grease to the point that it drips down the walls from normal cooking. The oven heating element on the bottom broke within the first 2 months of renting and we were told that we should protect it from things dripping onto it to prevent it from happening again even though we had never used the oven prior. We moved the stove to pick something up that had fallen behind it and found that the floor was not properly set and was peeling up and horribly disgusting. The disposal in the sink was also broken and caused water damage to the cabinets, which luckily they said we would not be blamed for as it was not our fault. They also do not have cameras throughout the entire property due to "Not having enough electricity to power them" so if you are worried about safety or vandalism (Which did happen to my car), make sure you are in an area where the cameras are.Overall bad experience with management. The apartment is nice and roomy for the $925 price tag that we paid for what it looks like in the pictures provided, but the management will absolutely screw you. Cover all of your bases and absolutely read the lease and have a lawyer review it first if you can afford it."

"Great Safe Place to Call Home! I love the nice grounds and the stable management. I have been here over three years and the apartments are well taken care of. The grounds are green and the locality is great. There are fancier more expensive apartments in Lebanon but I choose to stay because of the safety, serenity and stability of Parkside Apartments."
