"Clean apartments. Haven't ever been inside of one but from the outside it is nicely kept and clean. No excessive trash, ugly broke down cars, or people's outdoor items such as bikes, outdoor furniture, kids toys etc. crowded on porches."

And managment was so awesome and helped get me into a place even if they had to go out of there way they did it happily and made the move in process far smoother than I could have ever expected."
"Bad management, cheaply built, moldy windows, noisy neighbors. Moved here when they first opened with high hopes, but unfortunately those hopes have turned to disappointment."
