"This place is terrible the maintenance is lazy my toilet in M31 flooded 3 times did they come and take care of it no not tell I made them do it. The seal to my fridge was terrible and my food would go back in 2 days because of how much heat could get in. She sent maintenance down and they didn’t even know what there were doing. They did it wrong and never came back to fix it. Not to mention the fact that there domestic violence paper you fill out to help when you go though it is lies. When I had to go though it and I asked her what I can do to remove my ex knowing there’s a restraining she told me nope he has to come in and sign it so you have to contact him to come down. Like are you stupid do you not see the word restraining order .? On top of that in the winter I swear I heard scratching in the walls. I also had issues with the lady next me because her mom left their pit bull outside for over an hr in the cold in their truck cause they didn’t want to bring him up stairs. It was absolutely disgusting. And don’t get me started on how tf she never answered the door or the phone and she’s gone by noon like what kinda landlord are you. Cheap rent but not cheap enough to live in"

"Very terrible place to live management will kick you out for being too loud even if you haven't been loud because your neighbors like to complain even when you haven't done anything wrong would not ever live here again and I'd also like to point out they kicked me out right after I paid rent"

"The apartments themselves are great, management however is NOT. At first they had a great manager, however she was replaced and the people we have now are NEVER in office, even when the office hours say they should be, when you ask them to fix a problem they will blow you off or flat out ignore you, they only communicate through notes written on the back of a scrap of paper, never though email or phone, ect, ect. Would never suggest people move here unless they bring back old management that actually did their job."
