"HORRIBLE place to to live. We were here for about 5 months and it’s the worst place I’ve ever been at. First of all there is a MAJOR ant problem even if you constantly clean and never leave food out they will find a way. Don’t bother telling the manager because he knows, the exterminator is there like everyday but the ants keep coming back. If you’re not broke from the rent you will be by the electricity bill be ready to give up and arm and a leg to pay the electric bill here because the windows and doors are so old most people have them covered with styrofoam just to try and stay warm like what is that. The rules also only apply sometimes and to certain people. Apparently some people have seniority there so if you’re new don’t expect them to listen to you. I tried to have family over for Easter we were laughing playing music as one does with family at 8pm on a Sunday when we got a warning for “being too loud” I confirmed that quiet hours weren’t till 10 but apparently since it bothered our neighbor and they had been there for a long time it was an automatic warning. We were told we were allowed to park anywhere we’re there wasn’t a red line the people on the first row will parallel in front of their house and that is allowed but when we tried to park like that we also got a warning so rules only apply to certain people I don’t know. I also didn’t have a shower knob for the longest time I had to go to Lowe’s myself and change it a month into me being there. Don’t expect to get any deposit back no matter what condition you leave it in. Just save yourself the headache and don’t move here. The manager Brandon will choose and pick favorites."

"I loved living here for 2 years. They had different spots for dogs to go potty, and walking around was nice. The community there was chill and nice.I liked having a tall ceiling and loft. The unit we were in had a view where we would get great sunset views. Also, our unit had enough parking size for our cars and shade. We had some issues in the unit but Brandon, our manager, was very quick and responsive to our requests and would get it fixed quickly. I’m sad I wasn’t able to stay to see the new windows and other updates, but who ever moves to our unit, I hope they enjoy it as much as we did."

"*** UPDATE *** Things have not improved with the new managers. They say they'll do the repairs needed in your townhouse and then lie about why repairs aren't being completed. It should be illegal to collect high rent, but not do repairs. In my opinion, Glen and his wife are slum lords. As soon as I can move, I will. Save yourself time, money, and the headaches by not moving here. If you look at the siding on the townhomes, you will notice the wood is rotting. If you look at the walls inside, you will see the foundation is sinking. If you look at the old single pane windows, you will see dollar signs for very high electric bills. There's garbage around, over flowing dumpsters, and mice and rat issues. There's a ton of out of control children that help themselves to your personal property. They also like to beg for money. There's also faulty wiring. There's also a major sewage problem. The townhomes smell like raw sewage. The managers hide out in their residence/office and do not do repairs. The owner, Norris and Stevens, and the managers do not take pride in this property. All you have to do is drive through the property. This place has become the modern day slums with overpriced rent."

"Lovely setting, but apartments are way past due for updating. And I don't mean fixtures. No insulation and horrible electric furnaces. Single pane windows and dead siding. Suggestions to the property, gas heat. PGE is hideously expensive and no other heat options. Also stop saying the one bedroom apartment is a two bedroom. It isn't. It's a one bedroom apartment with a loft. Also your parking regulations are a little ridiculous. I'll miss the view, but couldn't survive another winter there. On site managers are not the issue either."
