"Nice Apartment! Brand new and stainless steel appliances. Layout is great! People are friendly, respectful and kept to themselves. It is very quiet! The apartment manager is very responsive and professional. The bad reviews are probably inaccurate. The apartment manager’s name is Nick and not Vanessa. I don’t know of any person affiliated to them with that name. I have lived here for a year and did not experience any problems. My favorite part is the lounge! It is great and can be used for a small gathering. I recommend this place and I am writing this review to disprove the bad reviews below!"
"We haven't had a manager on the premises in months. Maintenance has a bad attitude whenever we ask anything of them. The garage door was broken for a while and when items were stolen, the property stated they were not responsible for the losses. A friend's car had been damaged and when trying to get video from surveillance, management stated that the cameras didn't work and they could not give proof. Damages and loss happening on the premises are all on the renters and the company is no help at all. Upstairs neighbours have a dog that barks nonstop at all hours and since we have no management, things like this are not prioritized whatsoever. Not to mention, the city LOVES to ticket the residents here at all times for ridiculous reasons. I woke up one morning to cars ticketed in front of the building. People dump their oversized garbage next to the receptacles and don't take it out to a dumpster despite notes from "management" and neighbours. If it weren't for financial restrictions, we would not be renewing. This beautiful place has so much potential but is sorely lacking in the customer service part of the business."
