"Everything about the place is nice except when I report an issue, like when a homeless man was able to enter the building, and when someone left trash in the stairwell for well over one week, it falls on deaf ears. I report it, and no one even gets back to me or acknowledges my email; and I usually address multiple individuals in these emails. That is quite disappointing."
"Property managers communicate well and are responsive. Building is kept very clean. Units are sunny with lots of storage. Good location. I do think the cost of parking could be re-evaluated. Parking garage opening and closing a bit loud."
"Not a bad place to live. It’s a clean building with responsive property managers. Price doesn’t really reflect what’s being offered. Small units, minimal amenities, no utilities nor garage parking included (garage is quite small anyway). Street parking can get dicey on weekends. Nice appliances, however. Overall, if you can afford to live here you could afford to live in some of the better options around the city. This place isn’t bad in a pinch, however."
"Great place to live with great neighbors. From my experience the property managers have always been helpful and maintenance requests are delt with quickly. Of course through the pandemic some things changed but that's not in them. The one negative was the bike room was broken into multiple times but they handled that within a month and it hasn't seen a break in sense. If you're looking for a pet friendly apartment and overall great apartment experience. This is it!"
"My wife and I lived here for about a year. We very much enjoyed our experience at Springwater. The management was very helpful and friendly and worked with us to find a solution to any issue we had. We almost never heard our neighbors, either above us or next door to us. Pet friendly, washer and dryer in unit, and new appliances were all a plus. The bar across the street was fairly noisy late into the night, so that is the only reason I deducted a star. Other than that, this apartment was great and I would definitely recommend it to a friend."
