"I got this apartment for my mother and I while I took care of her in her last days. We had a wonderful time. I don’t know why so many bad reviews. The only thing we had trouble with is that they sometimes forgot to have garbage service? Or the garbage people forgot to come? Something happened there and the trash overloaded. Other than that we had an absolutely wonderful time here and I only moved because my mom passed and it was too hard for me to stay there without her"

"I've lived here for almost three years. It's hands down the worst living experience I've ever had. Not only is the property management company difficult to work with (absentee management, not on site), but the building is actually not very well built. It's right next to a 7-Eleven, so there is trash always out front. Tacoma is noisy. Security is a major problem in the building. Multiple bike thefts have happened from the locked, secured bike room. Packages are always stolen. The property owner and property management company won't invest in cameras in the lobby or even signage asking delivery people to take packages to the doors. Just look elsewhere. There are nicer, more affordable units popping up all throughout the neighborhood. I'd advise you go to one of them."

"Built next to my nice house. Cause repeated problems. I will sell my property now and move. Some nice residents there, but others encourage dogs to use my garden as bathroom. Others block my driveway with their vehicles"
