"My move-in was on a Sunday, a day when the leasing office is closed. I had called the week prior to confirm that that would be ok and they assured me that it would be. Jordan (the property manager) told me that the process they follow is to grant virtual access to the building via ButterflyMX on Saturday and then leave the apt unlocked on Sunday with the keys inside. I arrived on Sunday and was able to get in the building, but the apartment was locked. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering I had called beforehand to make sure this would not be an issue. Great location, but based on my experience, disorganized management."

"Even when things have needed fixing here, it never takes long. This is a totally new experience for me with an apartment complex. And the office staff remember your name and are very kind. When my dog passed away recently they offered condolences and it meant a lot. It really has been a great experience living here so far and I look forward to being here for a while."

"Building is not in great shape as I have had quite a few maintenance issues since move in. The staff has been wonderful however and extremely helpful in helping me get everything taken care of and they are one of the best things about the building. The maintenance guy Asher especially deserves a raise or another helper since he works so hard fixing all the issues that have come up. Oh and don't trust apartments that use realpage, they are currently being sued for conspiring and overcharging rent for student and multifamily housing."

"No one answers the phone, rarely respond to voicemails or calls. Had a terrible lease renewal process, ending up moving out, and now being charged ridiculous cleaning fees (despite speaking directly with Nick from maintenance and getting the all clear). Haven’t received my security deposit 2 months after moving out. Avoid renting here. Also, common utility charges are ridiculously expensive and way above what they quote you."

"Highest tenant turnover rate i have ever experienced or witnessed. Multiple tenants moving in n out every single week for a relatively smallish building. Was not always this way. Extreme theft problem in building. Including proclaimed secured and gated areas/garages/bike-rooms. Cars are broken into in the “secure” garages every single week. A car was recently stolen right out of the garage. Bikes are stolen non stop. One tenant had 4+ bikes stolen. All were locked. Tenant turnover is so bad you never recognize anyone & never recognize who belongs in the garages. Management allows and ignores abuse of parking garage access. Cameras are mounted all over, but management refuses to cooperate when theft/break ins occur, instead they demand we file insurance claims and police reports FIRST, but then when you do that, thats when they say “oh, sorry, cameras were not working that night.” Management conceals from tenants all the security issues taking place, conceals the breaks ins and non stop thefts. Management will lie to you in writing about actions they are taking to address concerns about smoking, theft, noise complaints, but for those of us who have lived here long enough, are able to verify and find out that management never acted on any of the solutions they promised. Management reads your private emails out loud to their colleagues and other tenants they are friendly with. Ive had tenants im not close with and former staff inform me of management reading tenant emails out loud and even laughing at tenant concerns and problems. They will not take any action whatsoever when there are legitimate issues in the building, but the minute someones dog pees one time in the building managers parking spot, every tenant gets emails and notices posted on all of our doors and elevators. Only two days ago did management OK maintenance(good guys) to fix the side gate fencing, which has been kept together by ZIP TIES for 1.5years now. I personally drive my dog to the park 2-3 times a day for exercise and potty because homeless, criminals, mentally ill, broken glass everywhere, and all the gentrifiers who dont pick up their dog poo, along with several k-9 disease breakouts on our block- i no longer feel safe for myself or my dog at or near our building. Also someone keeps using our elevators who smells like rotten salami. *shrug*"
