"I have now lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years, and have absolutely LOVED it! This is a friendly and affordable community, just minutes from Agate Beach here in Newport, Oregon. The apartment complex is brand new with construction in development for a new facility, including a gym that all members will have access to. Cannot recommend this complex enough to new renters!"

"Moved into a 1 bedroom unit recently and I am loving it here! The manager is so beyond kind and helpful with everything, she made the whole process so much easier than I could of imagined it'd be especially with it being my first apartment/renting experience, I really appreciate her and all her help! Everyone I've met that lives here so far has also been so nice! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. The internet is fast and wonderful, the view is pretty, location is lovely and I think it has everything you could want in an apartment and allows pets too! I'm super happy to be here."
"Moved here from Texas and it was the best decision ever! The apartment is spacious, has a great view and great location. Everything you could need is located just down the street (groceries, stores, golf course, movie theater). Everyone here is super friendly, management included. Great vibes all around, 10/10 would recommend!
