"This is a great community with great people! I liked my neighbors and loved how pet-friendly it was! Although there were many positives with this complex, there was one major issue that I did experience. For the last few months I was there, I had an issue with black mold. I notified the manager who provided me with cleaner and did not take any further action. I was somewhat new to the area and did not understand the severity until I started experiencing health issues including severe respiratory problems. It got to the point where I was unable to walk long without a rapid shortness of breath (something I had never experienced before). After that I started having eye issues and found myself feeling slightly sick constantly. Again, I like the complex and enjoyed my time there, but if you have allergies or any respiratory sensitivities, I would strongly advise that you not take the health risk."
