"DO NOT MOVE HERE*** I wouldn’t give this place one star if I could. I’ve lived here for 5 years and at first when John was the property manager everything was lovely and taken care of. Now since the pandemic we’ve had previous management transfers and to say the least the quality of EVERYTHING has gone down tremendously. We NEVER get solid communication when we call or email repeatedly. The lack of communication is astounding! I’ve been waiting for weeks to get lightings replaced, a new kitchen door handle that has cut me several times. It obvious NO ONE CARES AND corporate has taken over this place. Even if location is great and floor plan is decent it is not worth feeling like I am living worse than low income housing and to be paying FULL price. It’s very dirty, unsanitary, you never know when the laundry is broken/not enough machines and the maintenance staff seems impaired most of the time. I truly HATE living here and with inflation it’s hard to find another safe clean place to move to. I know I will get out of here but save yourselves and DO NOT even consider moving to this dumpster of a place they call “home” Such a disappointment. I cannot wait to upgrade my lifestyle with my family. I hope you reading this find a home you love and enjoy."

"TLDR don’t live here. I lived here for about 2.5 years and while at first under the original management it was fine, it has since changed management several times and is no longer a nice place to live. Pros: + location + floor plan Cons: - Maintenance is very understaffed and back logged although when they do finally make it out, they are professional and friendly. Maintenance takes many weeks to repair anything, doesn’t show up when I was told they will be and the only way to get them in my unit to repair anything was to continually call the office until eventually they show up. I gave up on having the drywall repaired after they replaced the heater, it wasn’t worth the effort knowing I was going to move. - Management over charged rent while I was still on a lease as a result of an incorrect lease end date in their system. I called multiple times informing them the online lease end date was incorrect before the charge occurred but nothing was done about it. I had to call multiple times to get the correct amount credited back and disabled autopay to check for over charges in the future before paying. - One reserved parking spot per unit used to be included in rent and is not anymore. I was charged despite parking included in my lease from before the management change. I had to call multiple times to have this charge removed. This new charge will certainly make the already difficult visitor parking situation worse too. I’ve also had problems with people parking in my spot and a low success rate with the tow company to actually come out. - stairwells are not well kept (dirty and spiders). Flying bugs swarm in the summer around the lower floor. Doors and windows can not be opened without letting bugs in and traps can not be hung because they are “tacky” (management’s words). This bug problem seemed to be made worse by allowing dogs to go to the bathroom in front of windows right next to stairwells. There used to be a rule disallowing dogs to use window areas, instead to use grass areas, but the management change has changed this. My bedroom window was level to the ground and dogs would go to the bathroom less than a foot from the window. This was gross, could sometimes be smelly if done in excess, and irritated my cats. - The office is difficult to get a hold of and difficult to get them to do anything. You will have to call multiple times to get a hold of someone and leaving a message is not reliable. Management doesn’t follow up with residents and you will have to do your own follow up - Dirty laundry room and not enough machines - $175 general cleaning fee charged on move out, I’ve seen from other reviews, they do this to everyone."

"We had a 10am appointment to tour the place and the girl rolled up at 10:18 saying she overslept. There were current tenants there also waiting and dishing about the manager being flighty. The manger helped them first. The complex with the leasing office is the older run down version of this place. I guess across the street they have the renovated apartments, but we never got over there. We waiting for a total of 40 minutes and just left. Totally unprofessional and was a red flag indicating how things are ran at this place. Their apartments are affordable, but at what cost? The tenants there said they had an oven that wasn’t working properly and the complex didn’t replace it. There’s much better apartment complexes out there that actually care to show up on time and acknowledge folks. Move on!"
