"Really filthy, run down apartments. Was told my unit had been “cleaned” prior to move in, yet that couldn’t be further from the truth. On top of that, we keep finding things that are broken/work improperly that the landlord was aware of yet failed to mention prior to signing the lease. Overall, very unhappy! Sucks because the location is so great, but do not recommend renting here unless you’d like constant headaches."
"Worst place we ever rented. Owner needs a lesson on how to manage. Had to hire an attorney after she tried to extort money out of our deposit and received a bill after the 31 days a landlord has to give back a deposit or submission of charges. Actually charged for paint drying time! Should’ve paid more attention to the bad reviews. There are better places with better management out there. It was a nightmare!!!"
"Worst place I have ever rented. I have never in all my years had a problem with a landlord, and I have never had a single dollar charged to me from my security deposit for any damages. These are the reasons not to rent from these guys: 1.They changed managers twice in the two years I lived there, and not one time did management answer the phone, or return my calls. 2.Cars get broken into in the parking lot. 3.If you get things delivered to your apartment, they get stolen off your doorstep. 4. Sewage backed up into my bathtub twice, and again, management wouldn't answer the phone. 5. When I moved out, they charged me $150 for carpet cleaning. When I moved in, the carpet was visibly old and didn't even appear to have been vacuumed, let alone shampooed. 6. When I moved in there old cheap blinds on the windows. While I was living there, the strings wore through, and when I moved out, they charged me full new price calling it "damage". Keep in mind, I never even put a nail in the wall to hang a picture, let alone damaged anything. 7. When I moved out, they did not send me my refund deposit until I contacted them a month later. I finally received it 35 days after I moved out (31 is the max under Oregon law). They were not going to refund my rent overpayment until I specifically asked, and I received that 38 days after moving out. 8. When I asked to discuss the so-called damage charges, I got no response at all. Bottom line, this is the shadiest, least professional management I have ever rented from, and if you can find anywhere else to rent, avoid them."
