"Mold is a big problem (Black Mold) They have been doing evictions and I know of two families that are now homeless because of it. They want to get people out so they can charge more money. And cover up the Mold and bad reputation."
"these apartments are molding and the restroom is filled with mold in some of the apartments. we need a new manger. and the new manger is nice and all but we need new apartments. we need new walls and also they paint over the mold. this is awful"
"good luck on getting a parking spot if you have more than one car or have a visitor. Black mold problem in a lot of the apartments and the manager just says it is just stains and paints it. Manager never answers her phone gets upset if kids are playing around the apartment complex. The apartments have rat and cockroach problem. But I guess this is how we treat low income apartments."
