"After 11 years of living here and 11 years of neglect towards the elderly and disabled. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a sick dog. Unfortunately I don’t have any where else to go so this place is just a place to exist until you die. Been harassed by this company for to many years and they are finally getting what they want. I hope karma hits them hard. Maintenance doesn’t do ANY outside maintenance, work orders don’t get taken care of and they go through management like water. Can NOT trust this company or the way they treat the elderly and disabled."
"Love it here.Mngmt. very helpful & considerate. Can have pets w/Drs. letter of need for health purposes.Cozy, clean, well kept, fellow tenants helpful & kind,beautiful places to walk to on sidewalks.School nearby is no problem. Rent is reasonable ."
